Short description

Making the Copernicus-ecosystem, both at the demand and supply sides of the value chain, more transparent and enhance to be well known and public as a systematic dialogue between users and solution providers in the regions of Czech Republic. Project activities foster engaging Copernicus users (local, regional under the national authorities supports) with specific observation and reporting needs and Copernicus added value service providers (preferably to SME’s and local institutions in the regions as well research instituties, etc.) capable of providing Copernicus based solutions to those needs.

 

Main outputs:

The relevance for CoRdiNet-objectives and activities will be the information source in frame of Copernicus4Regions which will be transferred into the CZ regions. Info source contributing the support for CZ regions growing and show them as the inspiration the best practice (outcomes) in the other regional locations. The key words will be the green economy, transformation of wastewater into a valuable source of water, nutrients and energy as well citizens life (skills and labor market). Before the workshops starting and up to which we go, will be analyzing the parallel between the real situation, strategy of development and compare with the CoRdiNet.

 

What motivated you to participate as an external/associated  partner to the CoRdiNet?

BEUP influence in the regions of the Czech Republic, and Copernicus data/services useful to be learnt.

 

How does your proposed action/project complement the purpose of CoRdiNet? What is your contribution to the Copernicus ecosystem?

The key words will be the green economy, transformation of wastewater into a valuable source of water, nutrients and energy as well citizens life (skills and labor market). Before the workshops starting and up to which we go, will be analyzing the parallel between the real situation, strategy of development and compare with the CoRdiNet. The outputs from CZ regions we find through the discussion with WS participants. The choice of “99 best practice examples” will be published in relevance to the chosen CZ region to keep the target group interest in  Copernicus and its data and services applying.
