Awareness raising activity on Copernicus and its applications among technological and vocational education teachers and curricula developers and identification of programmatic contents with potential for inclusion of the use of Copernicus data and/or services.

 

Main outputs:

Identification of programmatic contents with potential for inclusion of the use of Copernicus data and/or services; Copernicus awareness among the vocational training community (teachers and students)

 

What motivated you to participate as an external/associated  partner to the CoRdiNet? 

Being a member of the Copernicus Relays network and grabbing a financing opportunity for one more Copernicus promotion initiative.

 

How does your proposed action/project complement the purpose of CoRdiNet? What is your contribution to the Copernicus ecosystem?

The proposed action is expected to raise awareness about Copernicus and its data/services application potencial among a new set of users in the region (technological and vocational teaching community) and promote the uptake of Copernicus data/services within the technological/vocational programs. Indirectly, the proposed action envisages training of young students attending the technological/vocational academy with skills that allow for the use of Copernicus data and services.
