Antonio Palermo presented the application of backscattering models for Trachurus mediterraneus and Scomber colia in the Mediterranean using Kirchhoff Ray Mode modelling. Babak Khodabandeloo presented his work on Acoustically induced nonlinear crosstalk in broadband echosounders. Nils Olav Handegard presented the work on machine learning in fisheries acoustics that has been conducted in collaboration with UiT and NR.
