CRIMAC contributions to the 46th Scandinavian Symposium on Physical Acoustics
The symposium was organized by The Norwegian Physical Society and is an excellent venue for presenting and discussing topics related to physical acoustics.
Tonje Nesse Forland presented the work on “Monitoring salmon with broad band echo sounders – investigate acoustic parameters as indicators for welfare”. Geir Pedersen presented the work on “Behaviour dependent broadband backscattering by physostomous fish (Clupea harengus L.). Babak Khodabandeloo presented the work on “Resolving and characterizing nearby targets by means of broadband acoustics” and Rolf J. Korneliussen presented the work on “Estimation and removal of acoustic broadband noise”.
Several of the contributions was in collaboration between NORCE and the Institute of Marine Research.
